Item Description

Mapuche carving depicting a Rewe statue. The carving has the letters "REWE" along the bottom front of the carving, and the bottom back of the carving has a geometric design underneath the word "GAMINAO." The Mapuche are an Indigenous tribe whose homelands include the imposed colonial boarders of south-central Chile and southwestern Argentina, including parts of Patagonia.
